Is the Callsign display also very small? If so see the Help File, "Troubleshooting -> Very small callsign display font" topic.

If it is not a problem with font-scaling as referenced in the Help file, try enabling the Callsign CQ border display under teh "Alerts -> CQ" section of teh Settings window. Try setting a different color for the  directed CQ compared to the normal CQ. In my case I have the directed CQ set to purple so it stands out.

I have the same problem with my 4k monitor.

I changed the resolution to 2560 x 1440 on my Windows and Raspberry Pi 4B.  That helped a lot.

Additionally, on Windows, you can change the Font Size used by Windows.  It might take a little playing around to get it to your taste but it helps a lot.
