locked Error message after saving to DXKeeper

I use Windows 7 Professional 64 bits and my local settings are Dutch-Belgium, and my keyboard is Belgium (point) and the Ciffres are 1.000,500
one thousend comma fivehoundred.

I hope this will help to solve the problem
