Rather than talking about "latest" we need to start including the specific version.
Besides the fact that rollouts take time there are different rings for updates.

you might have to re install jtalert as it's working here ok with latest JT  and windows preview build 20206.rs_prerelease.200828-1431 , which is newer than ANY  regular updates most people get

Just installed the update so tested JTAlert x etc.
All working here as normal.
