locked jt alert window to Standard message window

when I click on a call sign in the jt alert window, the callsign does not transfer to the standard message window.

Use the "Help -> Troubleshooting" menu and review the "WSJT-X not responding to JTAlert Callsign clicks" topic (2nd bullet point).
