Hot off the press!

If you have a failing JTAlert 2.50.3 installation where you're unable to open the Callsigns window do the following...
  1. Stop JTAlert
  2. Open Windows file explorer.
  3. Navigate explorer to the %localappdata%\HamApps\JTAlert\<your_callsign>\Config\ directory. Replace "<your_callsign" with the Callsign you use with JTAlert.
  4. Delete any files in that directory with names starting with "Callsigns_". There should be at least 2 files with that name. More if you run multiple JTAlert instances.
  5. Place the "Callsigns_1.config" file attached to the message into the directory shown in step 3.
  6. Start JTAlert
  7. Open the Callsigns window.

This procedure replaces the defective Callsigns config file that is causing the JTAlertV2.Manager process to throw an exception and shutting down preventing the Callsigns window from opening.
