Adding "CQ DX" or similar to prefix the Callsign display in JTAlert is not very practical. It would require the user to reduce the number of visible callsign slots (horizontally) probably to the minimum of 6 and that is likely to cause truncation of the Callsign display ("CQ DX " is an additional 6 characters). Already there are not enough callsign slots for busy FT8 bands.

Your best option is to use a different CQ prefix character and colored border (shown around a CQing Callsign) for directional CQs (like CQ DX, CQ VK, etc) than that used for standard CQs. See the Alerts -> CQ section of the JTAlert Settings.
