Does anyone else see this bright band down the left side of their WSJT-X waterfall?

you have the "Flatten" option checked, this expects the Rx passband and the waterfall width reasonably well aligned. If you un-check "Flatten" you will see that your Rx filtering rolls of below 300Hz. Either adjust your IF filtering or if you can't do that then change the waterfall start frequency to 200Hz.
