don't you think that the decoded grid might be a bit more accurate that some archived database? after all, that is the grid that the operator decided to use at the present time. He might be portable;

Request for Call Sign alert feature
No, he specifically said "not decoded at my station yet" BUT ... what Mark is asking for is already amply and excellently provided by the SPOTTING servers, clusters, the Reverse Beacon Networks, etc.

[HamApps Beta] Decodes not getting UDP
Well, I was using 224.0.0.0 but just changed it to 224.0.0.1 and restarted JTalert ... nil ... nothing displaying in Decodes window still. Has to be an anti-virus problem, but I can't find which one .

6-digit Grids in Decodes window
Well, FT8 only sends 4 places no matter what is put in. So the 6 places must come from some lookup somewhere. As for grids, are you not aware that there are at least a few awards (HF, worldwide) based

delay in decode is causing the calls in JTA to change in mid cycle
I used to have the problem before I moved my FT8 stuff onto a modern, "powerful" PC ... it really DOES make a difference with this stuff, which requires so much processing in the mere last couple of s

Any plans to add more RX squares ?
Besides, all the user has to do is use the DECODES window and you can have UNlimited numbers of decodes per cycle, nicely listed in a tight column -- with oodles of other info on each line. Try it !!
