Got it working! If you change the name of the log file in HRD, you better change it in JTA as well. DUH!!!

Thank you. That fixed the missing .dll problem. Now it seems HRD5 doesn't support the sql odbc. I'm using DXKeeper until I can understand Mariadb

Possible not! Just tried it and got a message about unsupported odbc. My older windows 10 laptop is working again (some kind of charger issue) and I have DXKeeper working on it John KA5BJC

Thanks, Martin. HRD is planning on moving to Mariadb but has not done so yet. I'll wait until they do so. Hopefully then the conversion will run smoothly. John KA5BJC

JTAlert for HRD5
I use HRD5.24 and have been using JTAlert for 2 or 3 years so the newest version and the last dozen or so will work with HRD5. John KA5BJC

Not really an JTAlert problem, but after a week, I haven't had any takers on the HRD Yahoo group and there are some REALLY knowledgeable folk here. I have HRD ver 5, JTAlert ver2.10.7 andWSJT-X ver 1.
