Always thought is was related to multi monitors and Win10. I lasted a long time with the old regular version with multiple monitors, but some where along the line I finally lost my menus with JTAlert.

Check the box to "Enable Decodes" under Settings>Window>Decodes. Then go to File>Settings on the Decodes Window itself to set the db level alert. Decodes Window is great. Customize it the way you like

You'll like JTAlert. I have JTA initiating the logging, providing all alerts and alert colors. Only use WSJTX for the decoding. Keeps it simple and works great. Good luck. 73, Herb WB8ASI
