Not really sure where to do that. I have searched all the setting I think.

I must not have the log right in JT Alert. Keeps asking me to log the same call over and over. 73 John W9RPM On 10/28/2020 6:21 PM, HamApps Support

Re: missing ADI

Laurie, thanks. I Have a file now. I am not getting any Audio alerts, as in when I making a contact. And nothing is showing in the display slots in JTAlert. I'm sure its my fault. Short term memory is shot from stroke. Everything seems to be installed OK. Database, Sounds are downloaded. Sorry for the bother. Thanks, John W9RPM

I had to reinstall WSJT, and JTAlert. When I run JTAlert it says its missing the ADI file. Reinstalling JTAlert will not reset your adif file path. All JTAlert settings are recorded in an sqlite database stored in your %localappdata% directory tree and that tree is not touched by a normal JTAlert install/uninstall or upgrade. If your adif file is missing, something you have done has removed it. Running 3rd party uninstallers or Registry cleaners can incorrectly remove needed files. de Laurie VK3AMA

This is what comes up. The clue is in the --in="" parameter. You don't have an ADIF file set within the JTAlert settings. Likely, whatever file you previously had set is no longer available. When that occurs, JTAlert will show a message about a missing adif file and reset its settings to an empty value. You need to reset the adif file path. de Laurie VK3AMA

Nothing in the Decode table
Wayne Morris
I am using the WSJT-X, Windows 10, HRD (radio). I friend was trying to get JTAlert working and called me. Mine has been fine for a long time. I suggested he update to the latest version before we worked on it. I noticed my version was not the latest either. We both updated to the latest version and his is still not working and mine stopped working. The problem is apparently the UDP connection by checking hte About in Help.
I have tried:
At this point, I am not sure what else to do. I really rely on the information in the JTAlert decode box. I hope I can get it back. -- 73's Wayne, AC5V

JTAlert must include an "upload to LoTW" indication in the "log QSOs" request it sends to DXKeeper, so "nothing to do with JTAlert" is false. JTAlert has had that for Lotw and Eqsl uploads for many years now. The OP needs to enable the appropriate setting in JTAlert. + Of course, and DXKeeper must be properly configured to fulfill the "upload to LoTW" request. I was simply objecting to the "nothing to do with JTAlert" characterization; DXKeeper isn't telepathic... 73, Dave, AA6YQ

I see the option to have DXKeeper upload each new qso to LoTW. I have that checked but it is not working. At the present time I do it from the ADIF file. It's not a big deal but it would be more convenient. What am I missing? + Are you able to upload QSOs to LoTW when you log them from DXKeeper? 73, Dave, AA6YQ

I get those unable to communicate with wsjt-x periodically and I
just kill and restart JTalert and that fixes the problem. I am
running JTalert v. 2.16.13.
