Franco, I can't find any fault. JTAlert ignores the "NA" and "DX" when determining the Alert type and that is what I am seeing in my tests. The same alerts are triggered

Bernie, As a test, since it is 100% reproducible at your end, open the JTAlert Settings, Web Services section, and disable the receipt of Text Messages, then restart JTAlert.

Art, The Worked B4 Database File is greyed out (disabled) because you using one of the supported Loggers (Log4OM). The B4 database is ONLY used when there is no logger enabled
