Check the balloon when you hover over it.  Perhaps it could be worded a touch clearer -- i.e. "Total JT65/JT9 QSOs for this callsign"
It's the total QSOs for that callsign as you can see 1+1 for VA6JB -- though it does count duplicates too so it's "total qsos" and not "unique".
So if you had 2 QSOs for VA6JB on 20M JT65 you would see 2 for JT65 instead of 1...but still only one checkmark as that is unique.

Laurie,
On version 2.6.25 (and probably before that one) there is a block on the far right bottom labeled:
JT65 # :
 JT9 # :
For a long while, there was a Zero in there, now I see a 1 in both.
What exactly is this reading ?
I have over 3,000 contacts in my HRD logbook so it can't be that. There are also many stations on 20m right now so it doesn't seem to be that.
Did I miss reading something in the manual ?

Thanks for the info. I rarely use Computer #1 for ham radio...just kinda keep it as a backup for the computer that runs Flex SmartSDR on my local network and for email and web browsing.

Do you have HB9HQX set to run as Administrator? If so, Windows will prevent JTAlert from interacting with the HB9HQX process.

It is best to turn off "Run As Administrator".

Larry,

Did you copy your original ADIF log file over to your new PC?

B4 checks are done against your ADFI log, independent of any log scan. Wanted DXCC checks are done against an in-memory Wanted List, for very fast reading, rather than against a very slow disk-file read. The Log Scan updates that Wanted List and the list is stored in your Config file.

Larry,

The instructions in the help file are for getting your old config over to the new PC. They may or may not copy your ADIF log file, it depends on where it is stored.
If the log scan on the new PC is not finding all your old DXCCs, that suggests that you didn't copy your old ADIF log across. Is that the case?

If you did copy the ADIF log across, how big is it, number of entries? Depending on your PCs specs, you may have to wait a minute or two before opening the Settings window to do your log scan.

I can advise further what is happening by examining your session files. Please use the "? -> Contact Support" menu, on the JTAlert title-bar, to send me your files for analysis.
