Getting a little closer. Am going to start a new thread now because I am working on this logging issue. I will come back to the Marathon alert problem after the logging issue is fixed.

I think I may have found the problem, but just don't know how to unravel it. I am logging to HRD Logbook. I must be logging from WS-JTX as I do not have logging enabled in JT-Alert. I must have set up the Marathon alarm and done a database rebuild to get the entities that I had already worked. Then new entities were hard to come by so I didn't realize that they were  not updating for quite a while. I didn't realize what was going on until I just went in to do another rebuild and had to enable logging to do so. I left logging enabled, and when I tested by logging a new QSO, I got three entries in my log for the same QSO.One (line 2) that is a typical log entry with QRZ lookup info filled in, and two others, (lines 1 and 3) with only partial data. Screen shot enclosed. I vaguely remember having trouble getting the QRZ lookup and population of the entry when setting up logging. I don't believe I was successful using JT Alert to log everything I wanted. I think this explains why my alarms are not updating of course - I wasn't keeping logging enabled in JT-Alert. If you agree that this is my problem, I will need help configuring my logging function to run correctly from JT Alert.

try C:\Users\computer Name\AppData\Local\HamApps\your call sign\session\JTAlertX
you will have to fill in your computer name and your call sign

Hi Laurie,

I opened the path and I do not see a file named "QrzLog_1.result". Thank you

Hi Laurie,

Yes the membership is still valid, as I just purchased the Platinum Membership last month. I did receive this from QRZ support just now "The support team sent the following message:

It does look like an import was successful today.  Have you solved the problem?  If you are still having difficulty please feel free to let us know."

I uploaded those manually Mike. Thanks

Thanks Laurie,
Yes I'm using HRD. The problem is that I made a new log for a clubacitivity (with an other call). I worked a station in this log that I needed in my personal log and now this station is showed as worked B4 in my personal log.

What version of JTAlert did you upgrade from?

Since The Callsigns window is reporting the WSJTX Band/Mode/DXCall in the statusbar and the main JTAlert window is also reporting the Band/Mode, that indicates that the UDP comms with WSJTX is working correctly so that is not the reason for no callsigns being displayed.

Please post an image of your Callsigns window, not the entire desktop, just that window.

OK, there must be some other reason for the failure.

Open Windows explorer and navigate to the "%localappdata%\HamApps\N4KMG\session\JTAlertX" directory.
There should be a file there named "QrzLog_1.result". Open that file in notepad, it is a plain text file. What does it show?

For a successful upload you should have something similar to this...
2021-09-22 20:58:06 utc
LOGID=674991983&RESULT=OK&COUNT=1

Laurie, I upgraded to the latest version. Love all the new features but alas, the problem persists. I saw a new marathon entity - worked it and logged it. But it still appears in the wanted list, and is not in the "not wanted" list.

Wes,

You need to have the PAID subscription to QRZ.com for automatic QSO logging, otherwise, you have to manually upload the file from within your QRZ logbook page.

The B4 UTC Data starts from 00:00 utc. There is no provision for starting at an arbitrary time within that date. This has never been requested. How common is it for contests to start at a time other than 00:00 utc?

That's probably overkill.  The likelihood of working a contest participant between 00z and the actual start of the contest is rather slim.  The only contest I know of that has multiple sessions on the same day is the CW Open in September, but per the name, it's not a digital contest.
