Oops...I looked up KH6Z for some reason. Do you have QRZ lookups enabled in JTAlert? And apparently this is the first time you've ever worked him? Or if you've worked him before check your QSO entry which would have Hawaii in it. de MIke W9MDB

Not sure if this is the place to post.
I am having issues with lotw uploads. After completing a qso, an error comes up saying the date range is not within the set date of the tqsl cert. After checking it, it is. Please advise how to fix so I can continue to get them uploaded to lotw. This started after I updated the programs.

Re: Audio Alerts Delayed
I have the same problem on what seems like frequent occasion. Rebooting the
PC seems to fix it. Seems to have just started in the last update or two. Audio alerts can be as much as 10 seconds delayed. Restarting WSJT-X and/or JTAlert does not fix it. I'm running 2.16.3. I will run debug next time it happens. Don AA5AU

Thanks Walt ... I have only synced with eQSL right now .... LoTW is next ... I assume that no QSL statuses are update from eQSL ...only LoTW ??
Is there a way to have the coloured box in JTA that shows you have worked a country (pending) but it is not confirmed and a different one to show that it is confirmed ? 73 Ian, VE3JI

Re: Decodes Window does not refresh/update v 2.16.3
Tom NS8K
Howard and Herb,
I'm on 2.16.4 and I also see this on startup. It happens about 75% of the time. Just to add a bit more information, if I leave the decodes window open but go to File - Database - Export/Delete Decode Records and then select the Delete button, the Decodes window is then populated. Maybe this will help figure out what's going on. 73, Tom - NS8K

What version are you running? I had reported this problem before....so if you are running the latest 2.16.4 Laurie added some debug to find out what's going on. Turn on Settings/Enable Debug Recording -- duplicate the problem and note the time it occurs and send in the bug report via Help/Contact Support de Mike W9MDB

Mike Adams <mikeadams@...>
I think this has resolved itself - possibly a qrz issue. Will test further.
Installed 2.16.4 (using it with JT DX) and seem to have lost link to QRZ. Checked details in logging section but QSOs post update have not been automatically transferred to QRZ.com. Closed JT Alert and tried Grid Tracker and communicaion worked to QRZ. Anyone else experienced any issues?

Re: Marathon (Alert and management)

Hi
looking again JTalert settings, for an unkown reason, the "no qsl confirmation" was no longer tagged… I changed it back to "normal" (ie = no qsl required) I don't think that I have changed that setting at any time… Let see if it solves the issue (I will rescan the log to confirm score difference) 73 - P@t

Re: Marathon (Alert and management)

Hi,
On the basis,, for marathon, you don't need to have qsl. The qso is enough. But you may be right: I do not have confirmation of ZD8, 3A, XV (and so on) for year 2020 qso. On the other side, as I wrote, I worked ZD8SC, and after the qso, JTalert continue to report as "new marathon" which is not true as qso is already made with that station on same bande/mode... This is same for any others It sounds that, at a certain point (when, how, why?), JTAlert is not updating the statistic for Marathon. Tell me which info you need. Thanks 73 - P@t

OM,
Go to the HRD users forum. Also there is a video on HRD's YouTube channel that explains what you have to do to the new HRD to get your log to update FT4 confirmations. There are links to YouTube. . -- 73 Ron, W3RJW

Hamspots not displaying Calls You Spotted
#FT8
grn@...
I've been using Hamspots for a few years with no issues but have not been doing any radio work for over a year. Prior to my shutdown, Hamspots reliably reported both calls I'd spotted as well as my calls spotted by others. I've now started working again using the new version of FT8 and no longer get any reports of calls I've spotted and only a few entries of my calls spotted by others (some bands are better than others but not the number of spots that I used to get).
Nothing has changed in my Hamspots, WSJT-X of JTAlert setup so would appreciated any suggestions as to what to look at. And yes, I do have JTAlert to report calls I've spotted. Many thanks, George M0MGN
