Please restart JTAlert. Does the duplicate entries still occur?
If so, perform a PC restart and let me know if the duplication continues.

Hello All,

Ever since I downloaded JT Alert version 2.15.8

I get the above error message. I am running Windows 10 if the matters. Can someone give me help on how to fix this?

Mike,

Perhaps those records with a Name recorded are with Callsigns that already existed in your log and the Name is coming from a past QSO lookup. It might be that all the QRZ lookups are failing.

Use the "Help" (or "? ") -> "Contact Support" menu, on the main JTAlert window, to send me your JTAlert files for analysis.

This morning it was fine then it stopped for about 3 hours now just starting to spot again.  May be a glitch of some sort with JTDX > JTAlert > Hamspots

Same think here. WSJT shows RX & TX(heard).  JTDX shows TX (heard  ONLY!

Hello,

This evening I noticed my JTDX is no longer sending spots from it through JTAlert then Hamspots.

A quick switched to WSJT-X my spots are updating ever 1 min or so.

Anyone is using similar settings and notice the same?

10 min ago when I switched to WSJT-X, spots were updating.  Switched back to JTDX - nada.

Laurie,

I have noticed a very minor issue with recent versions of JTAlert. When the cursor is placed over the X in the upper right of the window (to close the application), the box does not turn red as it does with all other applications as far as I can recall. I am using Windows 10.

Good morning,
I have a problem with jtalert last version.
If I try to go into the jtalert configuration I get the error:
Fatal error- MySql Start Failure-Program will now exit.

And with the previous V4 version of log4om everything worked.
I tried again, reinstalling previous jtalert and it works, but as soon as I install the last one, here is the error.

All that for working with log4om v2....

Thank you

I am seeing the same issues.
Timeout set to 20 seconds - but its not long enough.
I either get the logging error message and nothing logged or If I set logging from WSJT-X I sometimes get double logging.

You need the x86 version regardless of the OS version.

It's fixed in the next release by rolling back the mysql dll.

Meanwhile you can install the most recent VC x86 runtime from here and 2.5.18 will run then.

I addition to what Mike correctly stated, anyone wanting to do this need to install the X86 version (32bit), NOT the X64 (64bit) version even if they are running 64bit Windows. The libmysql.dll file that is triggering the error is a 32bit compiled file so requires the 32bit runtime.
