This change has been completed and a lost password request sent to the new email address.

FYI, this would have happened sooner if the change request had gone to the email address listed on the HamSpots home page as the Admin moderator would have seen the request and taken action long before I did when posted here.

I do beleive if you log in with the old address, changes can be made on the settings screen...

or just reapply for hamspots access under the new email, and wait for approved

Hi Tom and Bill,

that's not correct Tom. WSJT-X uses hash codes as a substitute for one of the callsigns in certain messages when one or other of the callsigns is non-standard in respect of the way WSJT-X FT8, FT4, and MSK144 encodes callsigns. This is necessary in order to fit within the fixed message payload size. The hash code can only be mapped back to a callsign if the full callsign has been copied in a prior message, if that is not the case it is printed as <...> until the full callsigns is received.

The WSJT-X manual tells you all about these complex calls.  Read it.

#1 Do you have the correct path to your log file in the JTAlert Log4OM settings?
#2 Try to increase the time in JTAlert Settings/Miscellaneous/Performance/Check QSO Log Record

not works is a log scan. The scan window pops up for a few milli seconds and that´s it. No log scan and so the b4 and other stats
are not up to date.

Could be possible that this is a problem of the changed database structure (sqlite) in V2. Did you have a link from Lele and/or Terry
for downloading and checking V2 implemenation ? If not i will ask them on Skype.

Problem solved.  I uninstalled JTAlert and reinstalled it again and made sure that the folder it went in was Program Files X86.  Then it worked fine.

Hi Laurie, thanks for helping me.

I have installed DXKeeper, imported my old Winlog32 ADIF log, and exported DXKeeper log.
But DXKeeper tracks only DXCCprefix tag, which is of course different from PFX tag,
for example for R9AA
- DXCCprefix is UA9
- PFX is R9.
So this procedure does not help me. Any other hint, please ?

I'm wondering how elegant JTAlert tracks new contacts prefix tag.
Is anyhow possible to "import" my old log records to JTAlert ?

Laurie,

Fields are of interest for two reasons. For me, most important is the CQ Field Award. https://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_awards/cq_dx_awards/cq_dx_field_award/cq_dx_field_honor_roll.html

The second reason is that Fields are multipliers in the new digital contest to be run this weekend.

tnx

Tom K6EU.

Tom,

In the 8+ years since JTAlert was released, yours is the first request for Grid alerting on the first 2 characters of a Grid.
Sorry, it is not possible within the current JTAlert code. Alerting is fixed on 4 character testing. The is no workaround to achieve what you want.

I'll add your request to the todo list, but implementation is not likely in the short-term.

Looks like your clicking your desktop icon.  This icon no longer works because you installed a new version.  You have to go to your WIN10 Start programs and launch from there or place o new shortcut on the desktop.  Delete the desktop icon that no longer works.
