I believe that WSJT-X offers a superior interface compared to JT65-HF and as you mentioned it also allows JT9 contacts.

I switched at least a year and a half ago and have never looked back. Also, WSJT-X is being actively developed by Joe Taylor's team and JT65-HF is not being developed any further by Joe Large its author to the best of my knowledge. There are a couple of offshoots called "Comfort" versions, but from what I read, they are somewhat unstable and are being developed sporadically.
