Are you *SURE* you are using the *DESKTOP* version of dotNET 5.017

and not the console version? in PC Settings -> APPS, scroll down to "Microsoft" and confirm you see "Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - 5.017 (x64)" and not "Microsoft Windows Runtime - 5.017" or something similar. You must have bot the DESKTOP runtime and the proper 64 or 32 bit version for your JT Alert installation. 73, ... Joe, W4TV
