What windows version? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Check task manager and see if JTAlertV2.Manager.exe is running. Is it constantly stopping & restarting?

Please use the "Help" -> "Contact Support" menu, on the main JTAlert window, to send me your JTAlert files for analysis.
