No, that is not quite correct.
The new configuration file allows JT9 QSOs to be logged as JT9 QSOs (not
DATA) and provides for confirmation of JT9 QSOs.
Furthermore when theJT9 confirmations are downloaded, to HRD for example,
the modes match and the QSOs are marked properly in the users local log
Currently there is no distinction made in the awards listings. Hopefully
the WAS endorsements will handle this in the future.

You can find the download if you sign in Go to Your Account, Your
Certificates and it's there It doesn't really fix JT9 it just logs it as
DATA which it did if you mapped it in the older version
