Some 12 hours ago (last night in UK) my AV flagged up an alert for 2.13.8 a day after I installed it and even when I tried to go back to 2.13.7 it still did the same - I submitted the Installer to the AV producer as a 'False Positive' report - this morning it installs and runs fine !
