Thanks for sending your files. Unfortunately there is nothing in you config that could account for the problem you reported. You will need to enable debug recording in JTAlert and submit a new support request next time this happens.
Do the following...
  1. Enable debug recording via the "Settings -> Enable Debug Recording" JTAlert title-bar menu.
  2. Restart JTAlert, that is close JTAlert and then start JTAlert.
  3. Operate as normal.
  4. Once you observe the problem, send another support email with details of the utc time and Callsign calling CQ DX that did not alert correctly.
  5. Leave the "Enable Debug Recording" menu enabled.
  6. Once a solution is found for your problem you can turn off debugging.
It is OK to leave debug recording enabled for days/weeks until you observe the problem.
