Since this is the Ham-Apps group, I’m assuming that “it” refers to JTAlert.

FT8 is fairly new and both WSJT-X and JTAlert are in a state of rapid development and testing.

How it works today is not necessarily how it will work tomorrow.

It’s the Catch-22 of having the coders spend their time writing documentation or spending their time improving the code.
